This Privacy Policy explains how Daeyla LLC ("Daeyla," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our website at www.daeyla.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. Each Daeyla product, such as NCLEX Simulator, TEAS Dojo, CPHNPrep, Kithpost, TapHum, PaidField, PrivateLingo, and DuoTiles, has its own separate privacy policy that governs that product.

Information we collect

The Site is a static, informational website. You do not need an account to browse it, and we do not ask you to create one. We collect very little:

Information you send us. If you email us at info@daeyla.com, or use the "Be first to know" button (which opens a message in your own email application), we receive the email address and any content you choose to send.
Server and hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access. This is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Analytics. If we enable analytics, we use a privacy friendly service that measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers.

The Site does not set advertising or cross site tracking cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

Third party services

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. You can review Google's practices in the Google Privacy Policy. The Site also links out to our product websites and to app store listings, which are operated under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

To respond to questions and messages you send us.
To notify you about new product launches, if you have asked us to.
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider, and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Your choices

If you have asked to be notified about launches, you can opt out at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing info@daeyla.com. You can also limit cookies and requests through your browser settings, though the Site is designed to work without tracking either way.

Children

The Site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Daeyla products intended for children, such as DuoTiles, are governed by their own product specific privacy policies and applicable children's privacy laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
